Shipping within The Netherlands

In the Netherlands your goods will be delivered by PostNL. For orders over € 150.00 we charge no shipping costs, below € 150.00 the shipping costs are € 3,95. Orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 4 p.m. will be delivered the following day between 9 a.m. and 9.30 p.m. (outside residential areas till 5 p.m.). Orders placed on Friday before 4 p.m. will be delivered on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

If you are not home, PostNL will leave a message in your mailbox. Post NL will try up to two times to deliver your order and will ask for your signature at delivery. When these deliveries are not successful, you will receive a message in your mailbox with the request to pick up the parcel at the nearest PostNL pickup point. This is possible up until three weeks after the final try for delivery. In case the parcel is not picked up the order will be sent back to Room Seven.

Shipping to countries other than The Netherlands

Also for shipments to countries within Europe we do not charge any shipping costs if your order is over € 150.00. However, Extended Area Surcharges (E.A.S.), meaning extra delivery charges charged by UPS if you are located in less populated or accessible areas of Europe, are always passed on to buyer. Your package will be delivered by UPS on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.. If you do not answer the door, the courier will try to deliver the purchase order at your neighbour’s and will inform you by leaving a note in your mailbox. UPS will try up to three times to deliver your order. When these deliveries are not successful, you will receive a message in your mailbox with the request to contact UPS to make an appointment for the delivery. This is possible until five days after the third and last try for delivery. In case there has been no contact with UPS the purchase order will be sent back to Room Seven.

When shipping to an address within the EU, all relevant duties and local taxes at the time of purchase are included in the price.

For shipments to countries outside the EU other taxes, import and/or export duties can be relevant. These are levied as soon as your package reaches the country of the buyer and are the responsibility of the receiver of the package.

Delivery to a different address

You can use a different billing and shipping address if you wish. Please indicate this at the check-out or your account details.

Order status

If you are a registered user, you can see the progress of your order via your account. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your parcel is despatched. With the provided tracking number, you may track the status of your parcel online via Track & Trace by PostNL. International orders are traceable at www.ups.com.
