Placing an order with Room Seven

To order a product, please select the product and if necessary the size, then add it to your cart by clicking "Add To Cart". If you want to continue shopping, click the button "Continue Shopping", if you wish to order the item, press the button "Proceed To Checkout". You can always view the contents of your shopping cart easily by clicking on the "Items / Total" link at the top right of the page. Note: having items in your shopping cart does not mean that they are reserved for you. Items will only be reserved for you, when you have placed your order with us and when you have completed the below steps.

Click "Proceed To Checkout" to order the items in your shopping cart. You will then be directed to our checkout page. Here you simply fill out your address and the payment method on just one page. Firstly you will be asked if you are already registered at Room Seven. If you already have an account, please log in, so that our website automatically shows all your information, such as the billing and shipping addresses. If you are not already a registered customer of Room Seven, then please fill in 1. your billing and shipping information. If you want to receive the order at a different address than your invoice address, please click the checkbox "Billing address = Shipping address" and then enter the data of the delivery address. If you want to register as a customer of Room Seven, please click the checkbox "Register at Room Seven", and enter the desired password.

We recommend that you do register as a customer at Room Seven. This provides you with many extras and advantages: with an account you can proceed through checkout faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders. Additionally, we can send you updates about our online promotions such as sample sales and other offers.

If you have entered your billing and shipping information and have checked them for accuracy, enter the desired shipping method at step 2. For orders over € 150.00 we charge no shipping costs. For more information about shipping, please click here.

At step 3. you select the payment method you want to use. Upon completion of your order, you will be automatically redirected to the secure website of Buckaroo. For more information about our payment options, please click here.

At the final step you will be asked to verify your order, enter any discount code, and indicate whether you want to receive our newsletter. In order to finalize your order you need also to agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Then click "Place Order Now" and your order will be placed. You will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. Please note that this email only confirms the receipt of your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the barcode of your package that you then can track via Track & Trace by TNT or UPS. If you still have not received your order within five working days after the average delivery time (see here for the average delivery time), please contact our Customer Service via info(at)roomseven.com or at +31 72 51 27 552 (office hours GMT+1).

To change or cancel an order

Due to technical reasons we unfortunately cannot change an order after it is placed. You can however cancel your order completely, on the day ordering as long as it is before 4 p.m., please call our Customer Service at +31 72 51 27 552 (office hours GMT+1) and tell us which order you want to cancel.

If your order has already been shipped (day of ordering after 4 p.m), you will not be able to cancel your order. After receiving the parcel, you can always return the unwanted article(s) within 14 days. See the "Returns" section for more information on returning items. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible (usually within five working days after receipt of the return shipment).

With regard to the availability of the products you want to order instead, is it advisable to place a new order with us as soon as possible after you have decided to change your original order.

Availability of products

The article overview on our site is directly linked to our stock at our warehouse, and shows all items that are available at the time of your visit. Each item or size that is not in stock, will be inactive or marked with "Out of Stock". In rare cases (eg during sales or festive seasons) multiple clients might simultaneously select an item that will then no longer be in stock at checkout.

If a product is sold out, it does not always mean that we cannot deliver it anymore. Because of cancelled orders, it is possible that an initially sold item becomes available again.

Also it may be possible for us to reorder the article. We advise you to contact our Customer Service via info(at)roomseven.com or at +31 72 51 27 552 (office hours GMT+1) and perhaps we can still help you.

Prices on our website

VAT at 21% is included in the prices of the products shown on our website. The VAT will be calculated and shown as part of the final invoice before you authorize the payment. If a destination outside of the European Union is selected, the goods will be shipped free of VAT. The VAT will be deducted from your invoice at the checkout. However, any and all customs duties and/or local taxes shall be for the account of the customer. These are not included in the price.

Vouchers & promotional codes

Gift certificates and promotional codes can be used as full or partial payment in your shopping cart. Please note that certain conditions may apply to the coupon codes and discounts, such as a minimum order value. Only one promotional code can be used per order.


Every article of Room Seven meets our highest standards of quality and durability. In the unlikely event that during normal use a product becomes defective, it will be replaced, repaired or refunded; this is at the discretion of Room Seven. The warranty covers manufacturing and / or material defects.

Size chart

The clothing sizes used by Room Seven are the sizes shown in the left column of the table below. These correspond with the length of the child in centimetres. For example, size 104 corresponds to a child of 104 centimetres long. The corresponding sizes as used in France and the United States are also shown. Of course every child has a different build. If you are in doubt about what size you should order, we recommend you to buy several sizes, and return the items that you do not wish to keep within 14 days.
